At certain points in life, we encounter difficulties that render us stuck and struggling to navigate life's challenges. Although these times can feel overwhelming, I believe they are opportunities to examine one's life and make meaningful changes. Often it is during these most challenging times that we uncover profound gifts. My professional goal is to serve as a safe, experienced guide who engages clients in inner-work processes that reveal these transformative gifts so that they may create deeper fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
